The Grosvenor

The Grosvenor’s central atrium rises from the lobby to the 21-story greenhouse domed ceiling, creating a unique atmosphere among its Pelican Bay peers. The building features 101 generously sized units, which surround and overlook the atrium, providing an open and spacious ambiance.

The sound of the fountains envelops the atrium, which contains lush foliage on the lobby level as well as on each floor.
